I honestly thank God rod Lauren! I was introduced to her by a good friend of mine and client of hers over a year ago. On February 1, 2016, I was the heaviest I’ve ever been. Sitting at 5’2, 205lbs, I was unhealthy, in and out of the doctors office, out of shape and miserable. It was time to make a change to save my life. I have tried literally every fad diet, workout and weight loss product there is: Master cleanse, quick wight loss center, juicing, death diet (no carbs and no salt), hydroxycuct, garcinia cambogia, insanity, beach body, the list goes on! I would binge eat and take laxatives and dietary teas to purge everything I ate out of guilt. Nothing in the past has worked. Even if I loss weight, the results were only temporary. I would get discouraged easily and give up if I didn’t see quick results. Working with Lauren has taught me patients and discipline. She encourages me and pushes me while still holding me accountable. She never allows me to make excuses or feel sorry for myself, reminding me that everyone has a job, sleep deprivation, a family, social life, and most of all CRAVINGS.

Nutrition has been the hardest part of this journey, and I struggle with it to this day, but with Lauren’s easy meal plans and working out with her 3x’s a week, I am now in my 6 week preparation for my first Muslemania bikini and model fitness competition in July! I never thought I could be do something like this, and this is BY FAR the hardest thing I’ve ever done. There is nothing like training for a show. The respect I’ve gained for this sport and the athletes that compete is incredible! If you are ready to commit and invest in yourself and your overall health and happiness,
